なつはぜふるーてぃ
“なつはぜ”とは別名「和製ブルーベリー」とも呼ばれ、日本全国の山地・丘陵地に自生しており色は黒褐色で栄養価が高く、ブルーベリーに似た果実です。
ポリフェノールがブルーベリーの約4倍も多く含まれ、アントシアニンやクロロゲン酸、クエン酸やキナ酸などの有機酸も多く含まれています。
この高栄養の“なつはぜ”の果汁に奥の松「特別純米酒」を絶妙にブレンドし、さっぱりとしたなつはぜ本来の甘酸っぱさと程よい甘さでなめらかで深い味わいを醸します。
